The JWT-DL test bench comprises three core systems:

The equipment features both split-type (separate host and water tank) and integrated-type configurations.

1. Lead Screw Assembly Mechanism
Solves the challenge of horizontal transmission for large-scale lead screw assemblies.
Precision Force Control : Top pressure is regulated by adjusting the exciting current in the tension controller (factory preset).
Automatic Overload Protection : Halts operation upon reaching preset force, preventing valve damage.
2. Structural Configuration
Right Frame : Houses the nut assembly mounted on roller bearings within the frame aperture, enabling smooth rotation.
Central Frame : Equipped with a fixed blind flange and a specialized support system for the lead screw, effectively counteracting excessive friction caused by screw weight.
Movable Frame : Integrated with the lead screw and traverses along dual guide rods.
3. Intelligent Motion Control
Translation Mechanism : Driven by a motor via clutch, gear reducer, and gear train engaging the lead screw assembly.
Three-Stage Movement :
Rapid Advance : For swift valve positioning.
Controlled Final Seating : Slow advance for precise alignment.
Retraction Sequence : Initial slow withdrawal followed by automatic switch to rapid retraction after a time relay delay (seconds).
4. Dual-Media Testing (Water/Gas)
Conducts Shell Test and Seal Test on valves.
Post-Test Drainage : Utilizes compressed air to evacuate residual water from the valve cavity (customer-provided compressor).
Flexible Pressurization : Pressure medium (water/gas) can be injected or released through ports on either blind flange.
5. Hydraulic Pressure System
Dual-Pump Architecture :
High-Flow Low-Pressure Pump : Rapidly fills valve with test medium.
Low-Flow High-Pressure Pump (Air-Driven) : Delivers precise high-pressure water.
Automated Testing Sequence :
Low-pressure pump fills valve.
High-pressure pump pressurizes to preset value and auto-stops.
System enters timed pressure-holding phase (user-defined duration).
Audible/visual alarm signals test completion.
