Recently, Ewa Zhang, the China purchasing representative for long-standing European client Magdeburg Valve Company of Germany, visited Zhejiang Youji Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. to inspect and accept a custom-built JWZ-500 hydraulic clamping valve test bench ordered in January.
This advanced model is one of Zhejiang Youji’s latest technical innovations and is the same model purchased by Magdeburg Valve Company in February last year for its German headquarters workshop. Thanks to its ease of operation, stable performance, and ability to fully replace equivalent European products, Magdeburg’s Technical Director, Mr. Thomas Gersch, decided to order the same machine again—this time for their U.S. maintenance facility, replacing an aging European-made test bench.
Commitment to Innovation & Quality
Over years of continuous innovation and refinement, Zhejiang Youji has significantly enhanced the performance and user-friendly design of its valve testing systems. The company’s R&D department has filed 3 invention patents and 11 utility model patents, earning recognition as a provincial and municipal high-tech enterprise. By prioritizing manufacturing precision and customer feedback, Zhejiang Youji has achieved highly mature performance benchmarks.
Originally focused on Southeast Asian markets, the company is now steadily expanding into mid-to-high-end markets in Europe and North America, establishing itself as a leading manufacturer in the global valve testing industry.
About Magdeburg Valve Company
Founded in 1838 in the historic mechanical engineering hub of Magdeburg, Germany, Magdeburg Valve Company is a renowned mechanical manufacturer with deep industrial roots. The company began with steam engines and boiler equipment for ships, later expanding into diverse manufacturing projects. Its mechanical products gained worldwide recognition, backed by an in-house R&D team and patented innovations.
Although World War II severely disrupted Magdeburg’s role as a center for mechanical engineering, the company was revitalized in 1948 in East Germany and has since established offices across Europe, the Americas, and other global markets. Today, Magdeburg Valve Company combines traditional industrial valve expertise with modern innovation, designing and manufacturing high-quality solutions to meet the demands of the future.
